Slept very badly

In fact, until after 6:30 I didn't sleep at all last night. At 6:30 I got up and ate breakfast, then went back to bed and did get a little sleep. I am very tired now. I turned the AC on for the first time last night but I don't think that's why I slept so badly.

Got up at 11:45 and had coffee and showered and dressed. Then mashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up and we went to my new drugstore where with some difficultly I got my prescription filled.

Then we went to lunch at UNO, where I had a delicious burger.

Then they dropped me off at the hospital to see Oldest Brother and see a doctor about his condition. I ended up waiting til after 7 to see the doctor. But I finally did.

He was extubated this morning and is now getting oxygen through a nasal cannula. He was slightly more alert than yesterday, but he has an AWFUL congestion and cough. The infection markers in his blood are down, and they are maybe going to move him out of ICU tomorrow. So he's moving in the right direction.

I finally got to see the doctor just when I had made up my mind to leave, a bit after 7. I left immediatly after we talked.

mashfanficchick and zer mother met me and took me home just in time for my Al-anon meeting, which was small but good. M was back.

Then I Skyped the FWiB. First though I had my Carvel from last week for dinner.

Fed the pets, then made the appointment for my foot X-ray for next week.

Now need to go to bed.
