Good times!

silver_chipmunkGot up this morning at 9:30, and, as I said yesterday, couldn't eat or have coffee cause of blood tests later. I showered, and waited for mashfanficchick's mother to pick me up.
She did at a little past 11 and took me to the NY Hall of Science, and I met up withmashfanficchick, Dani, and Winnie.
We did fun things in the Hall of Science, then at 1:30,mashfanficchick and I went to meet zer mother, after making sure we'd be allowed back in, and they took me to my blood tests. They went fine, without the sign-in problems I had last time, and afterward I got a drink at Starbucks and we went and had lunch at Jersey Mike's. Then we went back to the museum.
My meeting was cancelled, because of the weather, so I had no issues with staying on for the evening.
We met up with Dani and Winnie again, and did more stuff. We had a good time, and stayed til closing time at 5. Then we had to wait a long time becausemashfanficchick's mother was on the phone in the car and needed privacy. But we hung out and it wasn't too bad weather-wise, very windy but not raining yet.
Finally we got in the car and went to Eddy's Ice Cream, a 100 year old ice cream parlor here in the city. We sat at the counter rather than at a table because Winnie had never sat at a counter like that. We all had ice cream, I had a thing made with raspberry ice cream and sherbet, raspberry syrup, and seltzer done up like a milk shake. Delicious.
After that we drovemashfanficchick's mother home, and went to Qdoba for dinner. After eating Jersey'Mike's and Eddy's, I wasn't very hungry so i just had a snack, their Mexican street corn. Very good and I hope healthy.
Then they drove me home and I Skyped the FWiB. My Harris for President buttons came in the mail!
Then I fed the pets, and started here. Tomorrow up at 9 to find out what's going on.
