silver_chipmunkGot up at a little after 10, and did not have breakfast or coffee, but did take my meds. That's what the CAT scan instructions said to do, fast for 4 hours before and drink only clear liquids but take meds.
Anyway, I showered and dressed, and got an Uber at 11:50 to the lab. I checked in and after a bit they took me in bacl and gave me the vanilla goop to drink. Ugh.
The scans themselves were uneventful, and don't take long. Afterward I took the bus home, and put in a Shipt order. Three Thriftbooks orders got here, including the fifth and very expensive Silver John novel.
I put the Shipt order away when it got here, and killed time until 6. I called the nursing home for an update on Oldest Brother, no real news except he hasn't been vomiting any more.
I went tomashfanficchick's for Lonestar. The Kid called while I was watching, which was distracting, but it's always good to hear from her.
We ordered Chinese food for dinner. The episode was good. We chatted for awhile after, then I Ubered home.
Skyped the FWiB but only for a brief time. And then started here.
