Didn't get a shower today

silver_chipmunkWhich I had been planning on doing. I got up at 9, used the bathroom, turned on the turtle light, and went back to sleep until after 12, so instead of showering I had breakfast and coffee and went to the Starsky and Hutch Creative Work session. The Kid texted in the early afternoon wanting to know how Oldest Brother and I were, so I filled her in.
I also got a nice Facebook messanger message from cousin Nancy, about what a good aunt my mother was, so that was nice.
We had a lot of fun at the Creative Work session, and I actually wrote something, a 100 word drabble, which I'll probably post publicly tomorrow. Today I put it in the Starsky and Hutch Dreamwidth community.
Anyway, that went until around 6, and at 7 I Skyped the FWiB. He says he'll take his hurt foot in tomorrow. We'll see. We talked for almost two hours, which was very nice, though at 8:30 I took a break to call Middle Brother. He is still getting eyedrops for the cataract surgery but sees better and has no pain. He went to the mall and McDonalds Friday.
After I got off with the FWiB I called the hospital to check on Oldest Brother. As I had already determined from his mychart he has been extubated, and is on an oxygen cannula. He's still in ICU though, but no longer under sedation. He's doing good, and responsive.
Then I calledmashfanficchick about tomorrow, the last episode of Lonestar. I will go over some time after 3, and possibly stay the night, though probably not.
I texted RK to find out if he can take me to the doctor on Tuesday. He texted back he thought that was off cause of the Noro, I said I was going to call tomorrow to find out if they wanted me in or not. Haven't heard back from him yet.
I had dinner, and went to the bedroom to play solitaire til pet feeding time, then I fed the pets and started here.
I finished the Robert Crais novel last night, and started the Elizabeth Moon novel Trading in Danger. So far it's pretty good. though I like her fantasy better.
I had a dream last night wherein I was yelling at and berating Trump supporters. It was cathartic.
Gratitude List:

3. Finished writing something, even though it's just a drabble.
