Slept very late

silver_chipmunkI don't know why, but I turned off the alarm at 10 and went back to sleep til after 12. I finally got up and had breakfast and coffee. Then I showered, dressed, and went out to see Oldest Brother.
He's still in ICU but much better, they have him on a regular oxygen cannula now instead of the heavy flow he was on before. They said he wasn't sedated, but he wasn't as lert as I would have hooped. Still we had a good visit except that the TV was tuned to, of all awful things, Fox News. I finally found someone who could change the channel. But I had to suffer through Trump mouthing off.
I stayed a little over an hour, and finally left at 4:30. By then it was time to head to my Al-anon meeting in the Bronx. I took the 65 bus to Flushing and the 50 from there, and got to the Bronx at the usual time. Had pizza for dinner, and then went to my meeting, which was good.
Got a ride to the bus stop from K, and got home and warm relatively quickly.
Skyped the FWiB and had a good time. Then fed the pets and started here.
Last night I finished the Jonathan Kellerman Alex Delaware book, not sure what I'll read next.
Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day to all.
