The Wicked Day 24 years on

So 9/11 rolls around again, somewhat over-shadowed by the murder of that horrible man Charlie Kirk. I had a bad night sleeping last night, I think because of the vaccinations, and I woke up hungry at 7:30, so I went and had breakfast, then went back to bed for several hours.

Then I had coffee and called mashfanficchick. We are probably getting together tomorrow, I hope.

Since I wasn't seeing zer today, I put in a Shipt order, which I had originally been planning on doing tomorrow. I waited for the Shipt order, and then after putting it away, I went to lie down in bed. Not sure if I slept or not, but I feel better for having done it.

I got up around 6:30 and puttered on the computer til 7:00 when I Teamed the FWiB. We had a little technical issue but it worked when I Teamed him rather than him Teaming me.

We Talked til 8:30 when I called Middle Brother. He's fine.

After that I had dinner, and went and read Partners in Crime.

Got another email from Lynn T today, this time saying how delighted I must be with the death of Charlie Kirk. Which I'm not really, though I do think the world is better off without him. I'm morbidly curious to see if she keeps emailing me. Also wondering if she reads my journal here, I never blocked her. Oh well.

My latest free book from Thriftbooks arrived today, a Ngaio Marsh, Death in a White Tie.
