Pretty good day

Started with therapy, then went to work. Work went well. Then after work went to Boston Market for dinner as usual, and then to my meeting. Good meeting, I chaired about worry. A lot to think about.

3. Pretty weather.

4. Quiet day at work.

5. Spyder ate his medicated dinner though I had to encourage him.
