Carvel night

Today was the day the water was off from 9 - 4, so I got up early and took my shower, before then. Though since as usual I had trouble getting up I almost missed the cut off. But I didn't, so that was ok.

Work was ok, the kids weren't in school because of Yom Kippur, so it was fairly quiet. I started weeding my collection. Which I hate doing but it has to be done.

After work I called the FWiB, and we talked til I got home, then switched to Skype for a brief while. He had chemo today so wasn't up to much.

I answered Barbara's e-mail, and was just finishing it when mashfanficchick and her mother came to pick me up and we went out for Carvel and dinner at Chile's. I brought half my dinner home for tomorrow.

And that's basically all of the day.

Nothing much again

Again it was a nothing much sort of day. I made it to work on time, I worked, I left at close of day.

I called the FWiB, and we talked til I got home, then we Skyped for a brief while. Then I had dinner, my leftovers from yesterday, and that's all.

Tomorrow I am free, but I'm earning comp time by going in to a meeting in Manhattan. It should be interesting, at least.
