Crazy day, but I did it!

Work was a bit crazy. We had a developmentally disabled adult have a serious meltdown, yelling, screaming and sobbing at top volume. Thank goodness I didn't have to be in charge and deal with it. Eventually he was escorted out, and I believe taken to his group home by EMS.

There was also a woman later who rather bitchily complained about the noise.

After work I called the FWiB, and we talked to 20th Ave, where I got out and met mashfanficchick and her mother and we went shopping. I got some stuff at BJ's, and Target, and we finally got the Halloween glow bracelets that we wanted. Then we ate at Applebee's.

Then I cam home and... POSTED THE STORY!

Slept very late today

Because it was almost 3:00 am before I got to bed. But the response to the story has been very good, I am happy to say.

Aside from checking my stats, and general puttering on line, I didn't do much today until it was time to go to my meeting. I did call the FWiB and we had a nice talk. But no Skyping, alas.

Anyway, when it was time to go to my meeting, I had pizza for dinner rather than Boston Market. No real reason, I just wasn't in the mood for Boston Market. The meeting was small but good. Step 10 again.

Came home and that's it for the day.
