Good day

Nothing spectacular. Work was OK, I did the Teen Lounge, got 7 kids, which is good.

After work, I called the FWiB, and talked to 20th ave, where I met mashfanficchick and her mom. We went to Carvel and then to BJs where I got yogurt, orange juice, and brie.

Then we took the stuff back to my place and put it away, and then went to Uno, where I got the $9.99 lobster roll special. Today is the last day for it.

And that's pretty much it.

Last night at some point during the night Oreo got into the bedroom. There was hissing and growling from Sybil, but then it stopped and I assumed Oreo had left the room, and I fell back asleep. This morning when I woke up Sybil was being very snuggly, but not unduly so. But when I got up and walked to the door, Oreo ran past me out of the room. He had been on the bed, presumably all night, and Sybil too. A milestone.

Not a lot going on

But there's a bit.

Work was normal. No programs for me on Thursdays, so I spent most of the day doing this, that and the other thing to catch up. Processed magazines, finished my weeding. In the new DVD plan for My Employers, our location is going to be one of comparatively few that still carry dvds. Which I think is a stupid plan. I can see slowly eliminating dvds as demand slows, but this is too sudden, too radical. But that's how it goes.

Anyway, after work I called the FWiB, and then came home and Skyped him. Not much going on with him.

As usual, I called Oldest Brother (for those who don't know, I call him every night, I just don't usually bother mentioning it here) and I am pleased to say he got the loan from MCU without me having to co-sign it. So he's picking up the new car on Monday.

After he called, I was just starting to feed the cats when the Kid called. All well there, they aregetting settled in. So we had a nice talk.

Oreo got into the bedroom with me and Sybil again this morning. I'm thinking of starting to just let him in.
