Summer reading celebration
Aug. 21st, 2019 10:38 pmToday was the summer reading end of summer celebration for teens. It was a calligraphy program. I got three kids, so it was sort of a success.
Aside from that the day was super quiet. That's why I had so few kids, there was no one there to pull in to the program. Oh well.

mashfanficchick and her mother met me at 20th ave and we went to Carvel and then dinner at Chile's.
I called The Kid, but she couldn't talk for long.
And that's about the full extent of it.
Gratitude List:

2. Friends.

4. Got an audience, nno matter how small, for my program.
5. Air conditioning.
6. Didn't get rained on because the drenching downpour ended just before we left the building at closing.
