All-in-all it was pretty quiet, the only thing we really did was the party on Saturday, but that was fun. Aside from that, we watched a couple of mmovies, and did a lot of hanging out and talking. We had Chinese food for dinner Friday, and Chipotle on Sunday. Saturday we ate at the party, which was ribs.
The surprising thing that happened during the visit was a phone call I got. Remember back to January 7th when I said I had finally defriended on Facebook an old friend who had become a raving Trumpista, because of her comments on the Jan 6th insurrection? Well she called me. I was so freaked I didn't answer, but she left a voice mail. Somehow she learned of my cancer situation, and was calling to offer sympathy and say she'd pray for me. It hurts. Some of her is still the same as when we were close, and I miss that. But there's this whole alt-right thing going on, and her comments about the insurrection were really beyond my tolerance. I don't know, I don't understand how it could have happened. She used to hang out with the Yippies. She gave me a copy of the IWW Little Red Songbook, for crying out loud! But we were in only intermittent contact for quite a few years, and something changed.
So that happened, and I don't know quite what to do about it, call her back or let it lie.
Today, back to work. I scheduled two programs for the end of the month, one in person, and one virtual, like last month. Aside from that not much going on.
I think I'm starting to lose my hair. *sigh* Not noticeable yet, but when I run my hands through it, I'm getting loose hair, which I wasn't before. And my scalp feels funny.
Came home tonight and talked to the Kid, she has stuff going on I can't really talk about. Called Oldest Brother, then Skyped the FWiB. Was supposed to go out to dinner with

mashfanficchick and zer mother, but that didn't work out. Wednesday I hope.
