Got up for the super coming to measure the medicine cabinet. Had breakfast and coffee, then waited. He was late, but got here and measured it. He has to order the new one, it will be a few days. Hopefully this week while I'm on vacation.
After that I tried making an appointment for the turtle for the vet, but the place I took her before no longer does exotics. So I called all around Queens looking for a place that does. I found one in Oxone Park, and tried to make an appointment online. I was supposed to hear back from them but haven't.
Then I realized I hadn't heard from the FWiB all morning, so I emailed him and expressed worry and asked him to call me. He did, it turns out his e-mails weren't getting through. We straightened that out and talked on the phone awhile. Then he got off.
I took a shower and washed my hair, then went out for a walk! Saturday i saw there was a small park on Bowne Street and decided to investigate it. It is small, but nice, and I sat for a half hour and watched a squirrel.
Came home, had lunch, and then Skyped the FWiB. We talked for an hour, then got off and I called Oldest Brother for the second time.
After that I puttered around till dinner time at 7, and after that killed more time till it was time to watch 911 on the new TV. It worked very well. And the episode was a lot of fun.

Fed the pets at 9, Christie is still not eating. I need to get her to a vet asap.
