Carvel night and D&D

Been a good day. It started well, getting to work on time, even early. We had cold time again, but only for an hour. Oldest Brother answered the phone when I called so that's good.

At 3:30 I had a special program. Ivan Velez, the cartoonist doing Monsters of the Bronx. Had to have it in the quiet room of course instead of the community room, but it worked out fine. I got two teens and three kids, so it was OK.

After work met up with mashfanficchick and zer mother for Carvel, and that was very nice. Came home, had just enough time to Skype the FWiB for about five minutes, then went to my D&D game.

D&D was very fun, we had a battle with a giant mimic, and now we're about to attempt a jail break for someone who we think is wrongly imprisoned.

After that I called Oldest Brother for the third time and then ate a little something after feeding the pets. Then I Skyped the FWiB for a few more minutes.

And that was a very good day.
