Veteran's Day

First, a happy Veteran's Day to any vets on my flist, and thank you for your service.

I got up later than I should have, because i was testing how I felt after the vaccines yesterday. Which was actually pretty good. The arm I had the flu shot in is fine. The arm I had the Covid booster in is still sore and achy.

I had breakfast at home rather than getting a bacon, egg, and cheese, so that took extra time too, so I was actually late to my Al-anon meeting in Bowne Park. Not very late though, the chair was still reading the introduction.

After the meeting I went to the diner, and then took the bus home. I had the Nutella filled French toast again. This time they topped it with whipped cream and strawberries.

The bus took awhile to come, so it was close to 4 when I got home. I went to the Starsky and Hutch chat, and had a very fun time.

Then when we finished I called Oldest Brother for the second time, and then wrote some in the story I'm working on. Then I Skyped the FWiB and that was fun.

After that I called Oldest Brother for the third time, and wrote some more, and then went to the bedroom.

The cat horked up a hairball, and I cleaned it up, and waited some time before I fed him, for his stomach to calm down.

Just now i called the Kid but she didn't pick up.

5. I don't feel worse after the vaccinations.

6. Still a day before I have to work.
