Plans changed

Today was supposed to be into the city for the day, but that didn't happen.

My alarm didn't go off at 9 like it was set for, which is a problem. I'll have to set an alarm o my phone for tomorrow. I woke up at 9:30, and called mashfanficchick and ze said they had all gotten to bed late and ze would call me when they were up. I dozed awhile, then got up and had breakfast and coffee, then showered and dressed.

Plans were made and then changed again, and eventually it was decided they'd just pick me up and we'd decide what to do then.

They picked me up around 2:30, and we went to Long Island City to a play place for Winnie. She had a great time I gather, she certainly seemed to. Dani and mashfanficchick and I sat arond and chatted, and had some food. Winnie played and did rock climbing, the tea cup ride, and arts and crafts (ceramic painting) as well as played games ad the bouncy house, and the tunnels.

The Kid called while we were there and I had a nice talk with her.

We left at closing time and drove back, stopping to get halal food from a cart in Forest hills. I got a lamb gyro which was delicious.

We went back to mashfanficchick's place, and joined zer mother. We all ate, and I hung out for awhile, then when Dani went to give Winnie a bath I left and came home by mass transit.

Got here at 10, and fed the pets and Skyped the FWiB. We only talked a little while though.

And soon it will be time for bed and reading.
