Fully occupied day
Aug. 31st, 2024 11:26 pmStarted by getting up, having breakfast and coffee, and showering and dressing. I was running late for my Al-anon meeting when I Ubered over to Bowne Park, but I got there and the meeting hadn't started yet, so that's good.
Went to the diner afterward, C gave me a ride. I had my usual bagel with lox and cream cheese and iced coffee. We stayed pretty late just talking, and that was fun. Then C drove me home, so that was good.
I immediately jumped into the Starsky and Hutch chat, the episode was already over, but we watched fanvids. Many, many fanvids. In fact, we went to 10:00 watching fanvids! Flamingo was there, which was awesome, Mama Bird herself, the Grand Lady of Starsky and Hutch fandom.
Anyway, at 10 we ended, and I fed the pets, had a small snack of cheese and crackers, and then Skyped the FWiB. We only talked for a little while because of how late it was, about a half an hour.
Then, in order to keep my streak up, I did a little cleaning in the bathroom. Just a little, it only took me a few minutes, but it needed to be done, and made a visible difference.
Then I started here, first catching up with my internet reading, and then doing my journal. I am happy to say that, on fanfiction.net, I got at least one hit every day this month!

mashfanficchick, nothing is new with them in Ohio except Dani's husband has succumbed to the Cat Distribution System, and they have a new cat. I called the Kid but she didn't pick up.
