My Christmas tree is up!

I got up around 10 and had breakfast and coffee, then called mashfanficchick. Ze said ze would head on over, and I went and took a shower and dressed.

Ze got here around 2, and we got the tree fully decorated. It looks over stuffed as usual. I love it!

While I was waiting for zer I also put up a few decorations in the apartment, the happy New Year banner, the mirrored ball that I count as a New Year's decoration. And after we finished the tree I put up some things too, so the place is looking nice and cheerful.

After that we headed off to see zer mother in the rehab. We took the 44 bus to Jewel Ave and then went to a kosher grocery store to buy food. I got some sushi.

Then we went on by the 64 bus, I got off and went to the rehab while ze went on to Starbucks and picked up some stuff and met us at zer mmother's room.

We stayed several hours, and then finally left after eating and having our Starbucks. The sushi was pretty good for grocery store sushi. I called Middle Brother while I was there, he was happy,, he went to Jones Beach to see the light display.

Ze walked me to my bus stop and I went back on the 64 to the 44, and home.

I Skyped the FWiB for a little less than an hour, and texted the Kid who asked for a picture of the tree but hasn't commented yet.

I shall put away the plastic bins I store the Christmas stuff in after I finish here.
