Plans for tomorrow and Monday
Jan. 25th, 2025 10:13 pmGot up this morning at a little after 9 and had breakfast and coffee, showered and dressed, and took the bus to my Al-anon meeting. Got there early again, but not the first person there. I brought the bird house that I fixed yesterday back.
After the meeting I went to the diner, got a tide from L. Got a grilled pepperjack cheese with bacon on rye, and instead of iced coffee got regular. Took an Uber home.
Git here in time to see a good part of the Starsky and Hutch episode The Specialist. Then chatted afterward til a little after 7. had a very good time.
Went directly from the Zoom to Skyping the FWiB. We talked for about an hour and 15 minutes, which was lovely.
After we got off, I deposited the check that John sent for the cottage fund in the cottage account. While I was doing that,![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
mashfanficchick texted, so after I finished I called zer and we discussed upcoming plans.
Upshot is I will take the train to Great Neck tomorrow, and stay there overnight, Then we will take the bus to LIJ and I will have my operation, and then we'll Uber back to zer place where I will stay with zer at least one night.
I had something to eat, put a bucket of water in the turtle tank, and then went and lay down in the bedroom and played solitaire and scrolled on my phone.
That's basically all.
