Back from my meeting

Which is a subject heading I have used before, but there it is... I am back from my meeting.

So the topic was boundaries, and accepting unacceptable behavior, which I needed to hear and think aboout.

Work was much of a muchness. Same old same old.

Waiting to hear some info in the Boston Marathon situation.
