Training in the morning

silver_chipmunkAnd my meeting in the evening. The training in the morning was actually kind of interesting, amazingly enough. The rest of the day was busy and went quickly.
Then my meeting in the evening. The topic was serenity, and I need to remember to use the serenity prayer more often when my mind gets cluttered.
Off tomorrow so staying up a bit late.
