Hot day at work

Spent the morning out of the building in an unairconditioned site, so much sweating was done. But much work was accomplished so that was good.

After work my meeting, I chaired and the topic was fear. I need to face my fears and get through them.

Gratitude List:

1. My meeting and the people there.

2. Got through the day.

3. 45 minutes of comp time.

4. Heard a parrot this morning.

5. The cats are well.

6. Quiet evening.

Oh our building is, if anything, over air conditioned. By the end of the day I'm usually freezing. Just is yesterday I wasn't in our building. Happily no need to go back to where I was.
