Going out to look for meteors soon.

So while I have a little time, about my vacation.

The drive up went very well. We left around 7:30 and got in around 4:30. Went right to bed of course after making the beds.

While we were there we didn't do a whole lot, but we went to Olcott a few times and Newfane, and there was the annual picnic. We went to Behars once for ice cream, and we barbacued a lot. Went swimming once. Saw lots and lots of humming birds and an immature bald eagle. I read part of Bob's hike to the Holy City outloud, and the rest to myself, and read Thurber.

And then we came home.

We need a new livingroom floor, which is going to be expensive. But not as bad as it could be, Aunt Helen knows someone who's cheap but good.

And that's all

Today I did nothing really. Didn't go to my meeting which I regret now. Slept late and read.
