Work was busy. We had a staff luncheon which was nice.
After work went to my meeting. Step nine, making amends. I need to concentrate on changing my behavior to make amends.
Gratitude List:
1. Friends.
2. My meeting and the people there.
3. Got through work.
4. Free tomorrow.
5. Didn't get badly rained on.
6. Bubble tea after work.
