Disagreeable member of the public

Had an unpleasant encounter just before closing time. But I survived it, and went on to my meeting. The topic was honesty. I need to share honestly at my meetings, and I need to be honest with myself about my behavior.

Not much else to say.

Gratitude List:

1. Didn't get rained on.

2. Didn't lose my temper.

3. Survived the day.

4. Wasn't late.

5. My meeting and the people there.

6. Homemade cookies.

once had an extremely unpleasant customer..ended up asking him (to the amusement of my regular clients who were int he store at the time) "are you always that rude or are you in training for a competition?".....he laughed!

Don't think that would have worked with this guy. He was really mad. But I'll keep the idea in mind.
