Free day

Had to get up to go to therapy. The weather was foul in the extreme, too. Came home, took a nice nap, then puttered on-line for awhile, then took my laundry down and did some shopping. By which time it was almost time to go to my meeting. I went to the Bronx, and ate dinner at Boston Market. The meeting was good, on worry and on self esteem. And now it's almost time for bed.

Gratitude List:

1. My meeting and the people there.

2. When I slipped on ice crossing the street I didn't fall.

3. Warm and dry now.

4. Friends. And the FWiB.

5. Got one last Christmas card!

6. Bed and reading soon.

Out of curiosity, are you free today (Saturday), or working? I'm guessing working, as otherwise you would've likely mentioned a three-day weekend, but Mom & I might drive out to Costco later and thought you might wanna come with, so I figured I'd ask.

And the fact that I just wrote a sentence that long means I should probably go back to sleep for a while. If I haven't heard from you when I get up, I'll shoot you a text.
