silver_chipmunkStarted off with a computer class, but the rest of the work day was OK. Then went to dinner with J, and to a meeting afterward. The topic was guilt. And I need to remember to stop blaming myself for so much.
Feeling less stiff and achy, almost back to normal though my knees are bruised.
