Took a mental health day

I just could not get myself up this morning. Scary in a way. So after it became obvious that I was going to be late if I went in I called and said I had some personal business that had come up.

And I spent the day reading and puttering on the computer.

Gratitude List:

1. I can take a day occasionally.

5. Good books.

6. Being inside when it's cold nd windy out.
