Memorial Day

silver_chipmunkSlept late after my busy weekend, then puttered on the computer for awhile. Then went out and watched the Whitestone Memorial Day parade. Saw it twice actually, because it makes a U shape down the street at one end of my block and then back up the other end. And I saw about half the program it started with.
Then I came back in and watched three episodes of Supernatural back-to-back. That was fun.
And then I took a walk down to the park down the street and sat for awhile enjoying the weather. It was lovely today.
On facebook I have gotten in touch with several old Bardies, and just had a conversation with someone I used to go out with very briefly. So that was nice.
So all in all a very good day and weekend.

1. Veterans and the ones who didn't make it back.
2. Beautiful day for rememberance.
3. Old friends.
4. Good TV.
5. Time off.
6. The FWiB.
