Sleepy day

silver_chipmunkWoke up at 9:00 and didn't get back to sleep so I got up at 10:00 and had breakfast and coffee. Put in a small Shipt order.
Waited for it to be delivered, and put it away. Then ended up dozing off on the couch for a couple of hours.
Took a shower and got dressed, then lay down in bed and played solitaire until 5:00 when I got up and went to my Al-anon meeting in the Bronx. As usual I had pizza first.
Small meeting for th first meeting, just me and M, but then two more people showed up for the second meeting.
M drove me to the bus stop, and the 50 came on time so I got to Queens pretty quickly. Got the 61 bus and ot home pretty fast.
Teamed the FWiB for an hour, then fed the pets and started here.
No word from John and Denise about John Ivon. I assume that means they made it in time to see him. If I don't hear from them tomorrow about his condition I'll contact Denise. This is so sad. I heard from him just May 29th.
