Frustrating day

I missed the bus by seconds, saw it pulling away as i got there. Then the next bus never came until the bus after that came. Then there were two of them. I was half an hour late, and it was only partly my fault!

Anyway, I had the training for the Albany Lobby trip on the 7th. It's a little scary, but I wanted to do one while I could. Should be interesting at least.

Then C, our adult person, sneezed a few times. and more as a joke than anything else tested herself for Covid. Surprise! She was positive. So she had to go home, leaving me in charge. Fun, fun.

I ended up cancelling my movie showing today, there were no teens in the building, and there wasn't time after the adult movie ended.

The end of the day was unexpectedly busy with people showing up right to the end and someone who needed a lot of help scanning some documents and trying to send them.

After work I called mashfanficchick to see if we were doing anything tonight, and to make arrangements for tomorrow's medical appointment.

When I went home, the bus was right on time which was nice, it was quite crowded but I got a seat. Then on the approach to the Whitestone bridge, there was apparently an accident and we were stuck not moving for about half an hour. It was 7:20 before I got home!

Skyped the FWiB and had a good time. Then had dinner and relaxed in the bedroom.

The Kid just called me, nothing much going on.

My bathroom sink is clogged, I Draino'd it and I'm waiting to see if it works.

4. Tomorrow there's a phone consultation with the nursing home about Oldest Brother's care.
