Not too much remembrance of the day here, and all said and doe, I think that's a Good Thing, Let the pain die away, washed away by the years. But it was still there, a little.

I got up a bit after 8:00 and ate breakfast showered and dressed. I was ready for the Kid to pick me up at a little past 9:30. We got to the oncologist's at just before 10:30.

They took me early, and it was just a port flush so it was quick. I was out pretty fast, and we came back into Queens and went to our favorite Japanese restaurant, Akiyama. As usual we both has sushi delux, and I had a glass of plum wine.

We had a very noce time talking on the trip and over lunch, and then she brought me home.

I puttered on the computer a bit, then took a nap for about an hour. Finally I got up and collected my mail, which included the two books I ordered from Thriftbooks.

I took out the kitchen garbage, and walked around the block. Then I emptied the three trash cans, bathroom, bed room, and living room, and took that out and walked around the block again.

I did a partial cleaning of the turtle tank, I took two buckets of dirty water out and put three buckets of clean water in. I will do more tomorrow.

I puttered around, and had something to eat, and then at 7 I Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice talk, and I sent him the link to my 9/11 story, which I always link to on this date.

Then at 8 I went to my D&D game. We had a good game, all roll playing, though we should get some action in coming sessions.

Then it was time to feed the pets, and do this.

As always, my story, for those who want to read it, is here:

The Only Thing I Can Be Sure OF on AO3,

The Only Thing I Can Be Sure OF on ffnet.
