Oy what a day

silver_chipmunkStarted with a frantic call from The Kid at 1:20 that the only working toilet in the cottage was plugged and plunging wasn't helping. I told her to call Aunt H and see about a plumber.
The long and the short of it, I ended up having to pay for the plumber and am now broke til Friday. I am supposed to get the money back though.
Work was depressing. And I was 50 minutes late because of arranging the paying of the plumber.

mashfanficchick and her mother and went to Starbucks and then Target and BJs. Ended up at Carvel. Carvel makes the day all right.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. Friends.

4. The plumber.
5. The Kid.
6. The cottage, no matter how much of a hassle it can be.
